Hey, I'm Joanna...

I am a BABCP accredited senior CBT and EMDR therapist with 4 degrees in psychology and psychotherapy (yes, I love learning!) and over 15 years of clinical experience.

I love helping my clients to find courage to live their lives true to themselves and find ways to enjoy it and achieve their full potential.

 

I’m a strong believer that, with the right guidance, you can change your life at any stage and anything is possible! You don’t have to be stuck living your life that just simply doesn’t work for you.

It’s up to you to take that first step and it is definitely worth it as I always say - “We have one life so we better make it a good one!”
