And I know this very well as that was me a few years ago.

I felt depressed, I was anxious about going to places I didn’t know, like new restaurants and pubs as I was petrified I would embarrass myself somehow.

I was in a relationship that lacked respect and the person did not treat me right. But I was putting up with it.

I was also in a low-paid job feeling stuck with no perspective for better future.

But then all of this changed by one simple thing…

So I was lucky to choose to study psychology and psychotherapy and during my studies I discovered some techniques that help boost self-esteem. Probably I would not be motivated myself to start using them but as part of the course we tested some of the techniques on ourselves and I am so glad I did.

In this module we’ll work on healing the past that led to your low self-esteem and I’ll help you change your narrative now and start recognising positive qualities you have, and trust me, you have many, you just don’t see them yet. But we’ll get you there!

This module is packed with guided exercises such as visualisations and meditations and here you will find what I call ‘The best kept secret in psychology’ - a bilateral stimulation exercise. It’s really powerful in helping us process past memories so these will no longer haunt us.

However, a quick disclaimer - if you suffer from major trauma and PTSD this exercise might not be for you unless you are already working with a therapist trained in EMDR and competent in treating such problems. Then you might ask your therapist to do this exercise in the session with them.

It is a self-paced online course which means you can watch the masterclasses at the time that is convenient for you and work through the material at your own pace. No stresses if you need more time to digest any information or do some exercises a few times to achieve your desired results.

How much time will I need to complete this course?

The course is self-paced so it is entirely up to you how fast or slow you’d like to go. There are 15 masterclasses to watch, most of them lasting approximately 10-15 minutes. There are also some exercises which will take a various times to complete depending on the individual. However, I would say that if you spend 15-25 mins per week to watch the masterclasses and to do the exercises you should be able to complete the entire course within 3 months and see the results.

When I enrol - do I get instant access to the all masterclasses?

Yes, you do. Everyone goes through the online courses at different paces so I don’t want to hold you back when you are ready to watch another masterclass. Also some people like to watch masterclasses all at once so they have an overview of what is in the course and then watch them again and do the recommended exercises but this time at a slower pace - which is fine. It is important to find whatever works for you and your life-schedule.
